April 2026 Newsletter

Dear Neighbors,

As I step into the role of President of the Gray’s Lake Neighborhood Association, I want to start by saying how honored and excited I am to serve this incredible community. This month marks my 19th year as a resident here. My wife and I have raised our kids here, we live and work here. I truly care about the people and spirit that make our neighborhood such a special place to live.

I’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to our past board members for their dedication and the incredible work they’ve done. Their efforts have helped build a strong foundation that we’re excited to continue growing with our new board.

I want to remind everyone that we are a Neighborhood Association—not a Homeowners Association. We are here to support, connect, and bring our community together—not to tell anyone what they can or can’t do with their property. Those matters fall under the city, I’m happy to show you how to report those issues. Our focus is on fostering relationships, supporting one another, and promoting our local businesses.

I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to help lead this neighborhood forward, and I’m excited about what we can accomplish together. That said, we can’t do it alone—we’re always looking for volunteers! If you have a special skill, idea, or simply a willingness to help, we would love to hear from you.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with thoughts, questions, or suggestions. Call, text, or email —I’m always happy to connect.

Thank you for being part of what makes this neighborhood so great.

Sincerely,
Chad Harris
President, Gray’s Lake Neighborhood Association
